You may return products ordered on reneedesign.ro for any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product (OUG 34/2014 – According to this law, you have the right to notify in writing that you renounce the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, except for underwear and swimwear).

THE COST of returning the products is borne entirely by the customer!

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The returned product must meet the following requirements:

• To be accompanied by the identification label and accessories originally sent.
• Must not to show signs of damage, tears, perfume or perspiration odor, traces of roll-on or any signs of wear.
• Must not been laundered and have a detergent or soap odor.
• Undergarments and swimwear may NOT be returned for hygiene reasons.
